To become a Comicage Entertainment merchandise supplier, the seller must
give us detailed information of his business. We will then check the
supplier background and determine if the supplier meets Comicage
Entertainment's needs. Our criteria is:

| (a) |
At least 99 % positive feedback record of all
major Marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, and Yahoo |
| (b) |
The quantity and quality of the supplier inventory. |
| (c) |
The supplier being able to ship the merchandise within
2 to 5 days. |
| (d) |
The supplier accepts to receive payment from
Comicage Entertainment within 48 hours after reception of
merchandise |
| (e) |
The supplier accepts a pick-up from one of Comicage
shipping companies. Comicage will pay all shipping fees
(C.O.D.). |
